Senior Program Manager (Business Process Transformation)

Join Reddit's GTM Excellence team as a Lead Program Manager, where you'll own and evolve a critical vendor-supported Ad Review program. You'll assess the current operating model, identify key gaps, and build a practical plan to improve workflows, accountability, and program performance. You'll partner closely with vendor leadership, build and manage metrics, and act as a trusted bridge between Ad Review, Sales, and the broader Go-To-Market team. This role requires strong execution, strategic judgment, and excellent cross-functional leadership skills.

• Own and evolve a critical vendor-supported Ad Review program, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, automation, and operational performance.
• Assess the current operating model, identify key gaps, and build a practical plan to improve workflows, accountability, and program performance.
• Partner closely with vendor leadership to improve execution, strengthen governance, and ensure teams are delivering against clear goals.

• Experience owning and scaling operational programs, ideally in vendor operations, support operations, ad operations, trust & safety, or another high-volume operational environment
• A track record of improving program performance through better processes, stronger metrics, clearer accountability, and scalable solutions
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, move quickly, and bring structure to messy or evolving problems
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, including the ability to build trust with Sales/GTM partners and influence Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Experience working with offshore or outsourced vendor teams
• Experience leading change in complex environments where process, policy, tooling, vendor performance, and business needs intersect
• 7+ years of experience in operations, program management, vendor management, or a related role in a fast-moving technology environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to set direction for an operational program, not just manage day-to-day execution
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose problems, prioritize work, and measure impact
• Experience with advertising, ad review, content moderation, customer support, or platform operations
