Job Description

Join Robinhood, a leading financial services platform, as a Senior Product Manager for Gold Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our premium membership, Robinhood Gold. You will own key levers of the Gold growth funnel, make strategic decisions across acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, engagement, and retention, and partner closely with data science to run high-velocity experiments. You will work hand in hand with design to create compelling consumer experiences and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle, from discovery and trial to paid conversion, activation of benefits, and long-term retention.
  • Drive business impact end to end, including new member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, churn reduction, and member lifetime value.
  • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with data science: generate hypotheses, size opportunities, design A/B tests, and turn results into decisions you scale or kill quickly.
  • You have a track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context (acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics) and can clearly explain how your product decisions moved them
  • You are a self-starter who executes independently, creates clarity for others, and needs little guidance to take a problem from idea to shipped product
  • You are analytically fluent and have partnered closely with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, opportunity sizing, and impact measurement. Comfort digging into the data yourself is a plus
  • You have strong product judgment and are comfortable making trade-offs under ambiguity. You form opinionated recommendations, defend them with data, and change course when the evidence says so
  • You hold a high bar for consumer craft. You care about the details of a great experience and can articulate why one design converts better than another
  • You have 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building consumer-facing products where you owned the end-to-end UI/UX alongside design partners
