Senior Legal Counsel

Join AppsFlyer, a leading mobile attribution and marketing analytics platform, as a Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you will lead commercial contract negotiations and privacy matters, working closely with various departments and collaborating with the broader legal team. You will also develop a strong understanding of AppsFlyer's technology and provide timely legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and privacy issues. • Lead commercial contract negotiations and privacy matters for a wide range of deals, partnering closely with various departments.
• Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial and technology-related contracts, including master services agreements, SaaS subscription agreements, and data protection agreements.
• Develop a strong understanding of AppsFlyer’s technology and provide timely, practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations on commercial, regulatory and privacy issues.

• Qualified Lawyer with at least 5 years of commercial and technology law experience, gained at a major law firm and/or in an in-house legal department
• Experience in SaaS or big data businesses
• Ability to comfortably deal with a global customer and supplier base in a multicultural environment
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and support multiple matters simultaneously for different stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail and high motivation to contribute to the success of the company
• Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to independently negotiate agreements and lead calls with other legal teams
• Experience handling complex, technology-related commercial legal matters, including independently reviewing, drafting, negotiating and closing agreements with minimal support
• Ability to work independently from a US location while reporting to and closely collaborating with HQ and the legal team in Israel
• Knowledge and experience in data privacy laws and related regulations
• Highly independent, with a strong personality, able to multitask across multiple matters and stakeholders and manage stress well in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team in a fast-paced business environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style, with English at mother-tongue level
