Senior Sales Development Representative

Join Bluevine, a leading fintech company, as a Senior Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will build a net-new pipeline for our Checking and Payments sales team, engage prospects through cold calls and email, qualify interest, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers. You will have the opportunity to develop your prospecting, discovery, and pipeline management skills, with the potential to grow into an Account Executive role.

• A track record of using cold calls and personalized emails to generate conversations and qualified meetings
• Comfort using AI tools and LLMs to support research, personalization, and workflow development
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• An interest in fintech, business banking, and helping small and midsize businesses grow
• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, or another outbound prospecting role
• Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from feedback and performance data
• A confident, engaging phone presence and the ability to connect with founders, business owners, and finance leaders
• Experience using a CRM and sales engagement platform; Salesforce experience is preferred
