Recruiter

You will support recruiting across various teams and roles, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and create a positive candidate experience. You will also track recruiting metrics, stay current on AI recruiting tools, and contribute to core HR programs. • Support full-cycle recruiting across various teams and roles, from job posting through offer.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates.

• The Recruiting team is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruiter to help grow teams across Elation Health
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail -- you take pride in keeping records accurate and up-to-date
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and calendars in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Effective communication with hiring teams
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow your career over time
• Experience with HR (Generalist, Employer Relations) strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms) to work smarter and more efficiently
