Senior Technical Program Manager

• Lead cross-team programs that drive business forward, ensuring end-to-end delivery from scoping to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to turn goals into clear plans and milestones.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, drive decisions, and keep program health visible with regular updates.

• Comfort with ambiguity, and the judgment to prioritize and adjust quickly
• Enough technical depth to engage with engineers on system design, APIs, and integrations
• A data-driven approach: you define success metrics up front and measure against them
• 5+ years of technical program management (or similar) at a technology company
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders
• A track record of delivering complex programs that span multiple engineering teams
