Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on gaining corporate and group business, developing and executing a sales strategy for Kasa's properties in your market. You will work closely with our Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue management teams, and interact directly with our property partners. • Develop and execute a sales strategy for Kasa's properties within the designated market, targeting all market segments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and group partners, ensuring repeatable business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management, to drive revenue growth.

• Your background should demonstrate a commitment to excellence in building strong relationships with corporate accounts, developing, executing, and meeting sales objectives
• Broad and comprehensive knowledge of group and business travel segment, including extended-stay business
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with accounts of all sizes and from all industries
• Travel is part of your DNA and you have a passion for the hospitality industry and providing an amazing guest experience
• You have a strong EQ and are able to generate deep empathy with guests, clients and operating team members that enables you to truly listen and implement product feedback
• You are a data-driven and influential leader with vision and can easily communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
• 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality space, with a focus on corporate and extended stay segments
• You have previously worked in hotel sales in (Single Market/Property)
• You have working knowledge and understanding of hotel revenue management
