• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of robust customer-facing interactive web applications, making data-driven decisions while practicing creative problem solving.
• Drive technical vision and architectural decisions for frontend development, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience.
• Mentor and guide other engineers within the team, promoting best practices and continuous learning, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of web applications.

• Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of web security best practices
• Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in building and deploying large-scale, customer-facing web applications. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies (e.g., Vue.js, JavaScript, React, Angular)
• DevOps: Experience with DevOps best practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of successful collaboration with product management and design teams in a fast-paced environment
• Regulatory Understanding: Experience with or willingness to learn about FDA regulations and compliance requirements for medical software
• Leadership Skills: Experience driving technical vision and leading architectural decisions; ability to mentor and lead other engineers
• Vue.js Expertise: Hands-on experience with Vue.js and its ecosystem
• Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency in AWS services
• Regulated Industry Experience: Previous experience working with FDA-regulated products or in another highly regulated industry
• Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with medical imaging products or healthcare technologies
