Senior Sales Development Manager

Join ServiceTitan as a Senior Sales Development Manager, where you will shape and implement the company's outbound sales strategy. You will lead the outbound core commercial SDR front-line management team, manage objectives and performance achievement, and shape and implement SDR strategy and processes. This role is crucial to the entire company, and you will work closely with leadership to build the best SDR team in the country.

• Lead the outbound core commercial SDR front-line management team, focusing on cold calls, cold emails, and creative follow-up strategies to generate leads.
• Implement and execute consistent best practices across the management team, ensuring the core commercial SDR team meets or exceeds quota attainment.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, providing mentorship and support to ensure their success in the role.

• Track-record of success managing a high performing sales dev team
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) CRM, Nooks, and associated tech stack items strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude
• Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies, proficiency with a must
• Direct experience as XDR and/or robust knowledge of day-to-day workflows
• Strong preference for 1+ years sales management experience
• Outbound specific cold-calling experience, not just handling inbound leads
• Culture of accountability and ownership
• Expert communication and presentation skills
• Strong preference for 2+ years of XDR Management experience
• Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
