- Gestionar el reclutamiento, incluyendo la publicación, la búsqueda, la selección de candidatos, la programación y la oferta, dentro de los objetivos de tiempo de contratación.

- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve issues while looking for opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience administering HR systems, including system configuration, workflows, data, reporting, and user support
- An approachable and empathetic communication style that helps candidates, employees, and managers feel comfortable asking questions, raising concerns, and seeking help
- 5+ years of experience across talent acquisition and people operations, including full-cycle recruiting and the employee lifecycle administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain People processes and policies clearly and in plain language
- A track record of building trusted relationships with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional partners built through credibility, reliability, and genuine care for people
- Knowledge of employment practices and compliance requirements across the US and Europe, with the ability to identify when an issue requires escalation
- A high degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling confidential candidate and employee information
- SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred
- Experience using AI tools to automate or improve operational workflows
- We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job. Experience comes in different forms, many skills are transferable, and passion goes a long way. Even more important than your resume is a clear demonstration of accountability and the ability to adapt to changing business priorities while collaborating effectively across teams. We expect you to learn new things in this role and encourage you to apply if your experience is close to what we're looking for
