Strategy Lead

Join Patreon as a Strategy Lead, where you'll drive decision-making on the company's most important priorities. You'll lead major strategy workstreams, ground every strategy in rigorous analysis, drive alignment and delivery, and own company-level strategic narratives. • Lead major strategy workstreams, including fan community, international expansion, and new monetization methods, from diagnosis to execution.
• Drive alignment and delivery by bringing executives and cross-functional leaders to clear decisions on high-stakes questions.
• Own company-level strategic narratives by translating company performance and strategy into clear, decision-ready narratives.

• Influence Without Authority: You build trust and drive outcomes across executives and cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Science, Research, Product, GTM), even when priorities compete
• Ownership: You thrive on a small team with a large scope, minimal structure, and real accountability
• Analytical Rigor: You can build and stress-test models (market and opportunity sizing), and you have a sharp eye for flaws in others' analysis. You're comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, and you use AI tools to move faster
• Strategy Experience: 8+ years in consulting and corporate strategy, helping companies make high-stakes decisions. You're energized by untangling complex problems and turning analysis into real-world impact
• Executive Storytelling: You distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives for audiences from partner teams to the board
• Structured Thinking: You break down ambiguous problems with first-principles thinking, challenge assumptions, and land on well-reasoned recommendations, balancing speed and accuracy
• Execution: You connect strategy to shipped outcomes and keep large cross-functional efforts moving
