Senior Accountant

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement.
• Safeguard general ledger integrity, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support timely, GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Partner across teams on special projects, audit readiness, and scalable accounting workflows.

• Experience in high-growth or small-team environments
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger ownership
• Proven experience managing month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Experience supporting year-end audit and working with external auditors
• Experience with NetSuite, FloQast (close management platform).Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciliation of large datasets
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
