Senior Product Manager (Developer Monetization and Wallets)

Join Roblox as a Senior Product Manager for Developer Monetization and Wallets. In this role, you will be the product owner for developer earnings, driving innovation and automation to help creators maximize their earnings and manage their businesses effectively. You will lead the strategy and execution for an innovative developer monetization platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and using a data-driven approach to identify and prioritize opportunities. This position is based in San Mateo, CA and reports to the Director of Virtual Economy Monetization and Platforms.

• Drive innovation in ways for creators to maximize their earnings and manage their earnings effectively.
• Lead the strategy and execution for helping creators run their businesses better while ensuring the best user experience.
• Develop features and capabilities to facilitate in-app monetization through developer products and optimize pricing.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to convey strategies, priorities, and tradeoffs at the 30K foot level, as well as produce clear and detailed product and technical specifications
• Technical mindset: Comfort delving into the product, platform and implementation details. Ability to roll up your sleeves and engage with engineering to design scalable and extensible solutions
• Data-driven approach: Proficiency identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon metrics. Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing methods. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
• Entrepreneurial drive: Worked in a fast paced environment, with competing resources and priorities, through the product life cycle from planning, development, through to launch. Strong opinions and a willingness to make calls with limited information. Comfort advocating for resources and operating in a dynamic, fluid organization. A high degree of self-direction and a get stuff done attitude
• 5+ years of product management experience, with experience in the in-app monetization, game analytics and group management
