• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for key commercial functions, focusing on quality, urgency, and candidate experience.
• Proactively source and build deep pipelines of passive commercial talent, leveraging market intelligence and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent markets, competitor organizations, and compensation dynamics.

• Stakeholder Management: You can quickly learn a new business, product, or talent segment, translate that into an effective strategy, and build credibility quickly with senior leaders
• Versatility: You have successfully recruited across multiple business domains and can flex between GTM, Legal, Compliance, and HR roles
• Communication & Adaptability: You communicate clearly and directly (even in difficult conversations), challenge constructively without friction, and remain adaptable and low-ego
• Experience: You bring 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth technology, fintech, or payments
• High Bar: You care deeply about candidate experience, maintain high professionalism, and are energized by ambiguity in fast-moving environments
• Market Mapping & Data: You are an exceptional sourcer who uses data and market intelligence to shape strategy, influence stakeholders, and make better decisions
