Senior Account Executive (Contingent)

• Identifying and closing new business opportunities with Enterprise and mid-sized international companies.
• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, leveraging AI-powered sales and research tools.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers to service delivery and aligning client needs with platform capabilities.

• Proven track record selling complex SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations, including multi-stakeholder and international sales cycles, while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance research, account planning, and sales execution
• Appreciation for working in a global, multicultural environment
• Strong understanding of global EOR/COR, Compliance, HCM, and/or adjacent HR technology ecosystems
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing full sales cycles within the Contingent workforce category, HCM, HR technology, EOR/COR, or workforce management industry
• Experience engaging with senior HR, Procurement, Category Managers, Finance stakeholders across multinational organizations
• Strong communication and presentation skills, leveraging modern AI-enabled tools to tailor messaging, develop customer-facing content, and engage diverse stakeholder groups
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to share best practices
