Senior Product Recruiter

Join Plaid, a leading fintech company, as a Senior Product Recruiter. In this high-impact role, you will drive recruiting efforts for Product Management roles, partner with Product and Engineering leaders, and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making. You will have the opportunity to shape how Plaid builds its product organization and scales to meet ambitious goals.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management roles (PM to Sr. PM) from sourcing and outreach through final rounds and offer close.
• Partner directly with Product and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, design interview processes, and drive hiring strategies.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve efficiency and quality.

• Deep understanding of product management disciplines, including strategy, execution, and technical fluency
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions
• Skilled closer with experience negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships through final stages
• Proven success partnering with senior product leaders to shape hiring decisions and influence outcomes
• 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring Product Managers
• Strong sourcing capability with experience identifying and engaging top PM talent in competitive markets
• Candidate-first approach with a focus on empathy, transparency, and thoughtful communication
