Chief of Staff (Global Sales)

Join Reddit as the Chief of Staff for Global Sales, where you will serve as a strategic operator and executive proxy for the EVP of Global Ad Sales. Your role will involve scaling executive attention, accelerating decision-making, and translating strategic priorities into clear execution. You will work closely with various teams to drive global alignment and maintain the operational rhythm of the global sales organization.

• Establish clear operational paths for routine data requests, incident reporting, and tactical items below the executive level, freeing leadership bandwidth for major revenue initiatives.
• Represent the EVP in key cross-functional leadership forums, planning reviews, and offsites, building bottoms-up consensus and alignment before issues require top-down intervention.
• Drive end-to-end preparation of strategic collateral, executive presentations, board materials, and organizational communications in close coordination with Internal Comms partners.

• Acts as a force multiplier vs. a barrier to their executive partner
• Can effectively communicate with everyone from engineers to sales
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a Sales/revenue/business strategy & operations role within an ad sales organization
• Believes in Reddit’s mission
