Senior Product Manager

• Experience: A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of complex product areas and demonstrated success delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business impact in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Strong Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Advanced analytical capabilities with experience defining KPIs, building business cases, leveraging experimentation frameworks, and using data analytics tools to inform prioritization and measure success
• Strategic Thinker: Strong track record of setting long-term product vision, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform investments, and making principled tradeoffs aligned with company objectives
• Skills: Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, lead discovery and experimentation efforts, and partner closely with engineering and design to ship scalable, high-quality solutions
