Director of Engagement Strategy

Join Lyra Health, a leading mental health care provider, as the Director of Engagement Strategy. In this role, you will lead high-impact initiatives to connect more people to care through data-informed marketing. You will manage a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers and drive strategic member communication programs across our book of business. You will also partner cross-functionally with various departments to build scalable frameworks that meet customer needs and drive Net Revenue Retention.

• Digital health, or fast-growing technology company experience preferred
• Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, and/or Confluence is a plus
• A self-starter who works well independently, managing teams and objectives proactively without hand-holding
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data and metrics into compelling strategic insights for both internal executives and external client benefits leaders
• Proven track record of developing corporate marketing strategies that drive measurable user outcomes in high-stakes environments
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles with a strong track record of persuading diverse customer stakeholders to adopt marketing recommendations
• Proven experience working cross-functionally to navigate complex initiatives, manage tight timelines, and handle client account escalations
• 10+ years experience in B2B, B2B2C, or relationship-driven corporate marketing, with at least 5 years successfully managing and developing a team
• Deep empathy for customer needs, a background in healthcare or employee benefits (highly preferred), and a genuine passion for mental health
