Accounts Payable Specialist

Join True Anomaly, a pioneering company in space security. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable and expense processing. Your responsibilities will include processing vendor invoices, managing credit card and travel expenditures, conducting account reconciliations, and supporting month-end close processes. • Verarbeiten von Lieferantenrechnungen, Abgleichen genehmigter Bestellungen und Durchführen verschiedener Kontenabstimmungen.
• Verwalten und Codieren aller Kreditkarten- und Reisekosten sowie der Rechnungen im P2P-Software.
• Unterstützen der wöchentlichen Zahlungsabwicklung und Buchen der Zahlungen im Buchhaltungssystem.

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Prior with P2P software and Expense software preferred
• Must have a fundamental understanding of accounting principles
• Previous Aerospace and Defense experience a plus
• Prior NetSuite experience preferred
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
• Accounts Receivable Experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
