Technical Writer

Join MSX International, a leading partner to vehicle manufacturers and mobility organizations globally. As a Technical Writer, you will develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation for automotive products, services, processes, and systems. You will collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to create clear and concise documentation for various audiences. This role requires a strong background in the automotive industry and excellent communication skills.

• Créer, éditer et maintenir la documentation technique automobile et les bulletins de service technique (TSB).
• Collaborer avec les ingénieurs et les experts en la matière pour transformer des informations techniques complexes en documentation claire et concise.
• Gérer le cycle de vie complet des TSB, de l'ébauche initiale à la publication et à la distribution aux concessionnaires.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a technical writing, documentation, or related role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear procedural and explanatory content for diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Automotive Technology, English, or a related field.
• Automotive industry experience or strong technical automotive knowledge.
• Experience developing service documentation, repair procedures, or technical publications.
• Familiarity with automotive service operations, dealership environments, or OEM documentation standards.
