Technical Success Engineer

In this role, you will help clients maximize the value of the Addepar platform, optimize their overall experience, and identify areas for research and development investment. • Client Delivery & Technical Excellence: Design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions within existing Addepar environments, delivering high-impact outcomes aligned to client goals.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Drive proactive, transparent communication with stakeholders across internal and external teams, setting expectations clearly and following through relentlessly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and Support Leads to build sustainable, business-as-usual (BAU) success models for long-term client success.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, Professional Services, or Consulting; prior client-facing and financial services experience strongly preferred

• Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems, or related experience in professional services, client implementations, solution consulting, wealthtech, or prior Addepar platform exposure
• Previous experience in investment management software implementations
• Experience using and implementing AI; specifically, Claude Cowork where you’re building skills and artifacts
• Capability to program or script, particularly in Python
• Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, or reporting infrastructure
• Passion for technology and finance that extends beyond the day job
