Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A

As a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving financial modeling, and providing insights that inform company-wide decisions. You will lead the annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes, and partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and operational trends. Additionally, you will lead continuous improvements to FP&A processes and reporting, and support strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional financial evaluation. • Lead the annual operating plan, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial assumptions.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance, operational trends, and resource allocation, and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvements to FP&A processes, reporting, and planning capabilities through automation and standardization, and maintain and enhance financial planning models.

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven ability to translate complex financial analyses into clear, compelling narratives for Board and executive-level presentations
• Advanced proficiency with Adaptive Planning (or comparable enterprise planning systems) including model development, forecasting, reporting, and administration
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights
• Demonstrated competency in three-statement financial modeling
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role
