Senior Manager - Real Estate Construction Planner

Join Hermès, a prestigious luxury brand, as a Senior Manager - Real Estate Construction Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing the master schedule for all new store openings, remodels, and construction projects in the Americas region. You will also monitor budgets, coordinate timelines, and drive alignment across internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and scheduling, preferably within high-end or luxury retail construction. This position is based in our New York, NY Corporate Office.

• Build, maintain, and continuously update the Master project schedule for all construction projects including stores, remote support spaces, and offices.
• Monitor project capex budgets, forecast cost impacts, and support financial planning for construction capex projects.
• Partner with COO, Store Planning & Construction, primary Design Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are aligned and executed on schedule.
