As a Senior Strategy & Ops Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's priorities, analyzing business performance data, building business cases, and designing operational processes. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business operations, with advanced analytical and financial modeling skills. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

• Own a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable results.
• Partner with the leadership team to shape priorities and turn strategy into action, analyzing business performance data to guide executive decisions.
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities, and design and scale key operational processes to improve efficiency.
