GTM Operations

Join Hyperbolic, a company focused on building GPU infrastructure for teams training and serving models at production scale. As a key member of our fast-moving GTM team, you will have direct visibility into real contracts, customers, and the CEO. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotes and order forms, monitoring support issues, owning CRM data quality, coordinating invoicing with finance, and tracking contracts. This role offers two potential career paths: moving into closing deals or building out the operations function.

• Prep quotes and order forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor support issues, route to the right engineer, and track to resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Own CRM data quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deals, contacts, companies, stages, and close dates.

• Prep quotes and order forms
• Comfortable in a CRM, or obviously able to get comfortable fast
• 0 to 3 years of experience; strong new grads are in scope
• Fluent with AI tools. If your instinct when handed a repetitive task is to automate it, this is your job
• Follow-through — nothing sits for three days
• Monitor support issues, route to the right engineer, and track to resolution
• Own CRM data quality. Deals, contacts, companies, stages, close dates
• Coordinate invoicing with finance
• You ask when you don't know. You do not guess on a customer contract
• Fluency in Hubspot is preferred
• Respond to customers and follow up until things are closed
• Track contracts. Status, signatures, updates, what is stuck
• Prep for customer meetings
• Familiarity with linear, quickbooks, hex, slack, claude, notion
• Sales ops, revenue ops, deal desk, or business ops experience — a plus, not a requirement
