Product Marketing Director

Join Ironclad as the Director of Product Marketing, Legal. In this role, you will take ownership of the legal persona, understanding their needs, shaping product development, and driving pipeline, adoption, and revenue. You will be the internal voice of the legal buyer and the external champion of Ironclad's value to that buyer. Your responsibilities will include market and competitive intelligence, positioning and messaging, product launches, campaigns and demand generation, sales plays and enablement, and adoption and expansion.

• Fluency in the legal buyer's world — what a GC cares about, how legal ops thinks about ROI, why deals stall
• Sharp strategic thinker who can also write a killer one-pager and prep a seller for a tough competitive call
• Strong cross-functional instincts: knows when to lead, when to align, and how to get things done across EPD, Sales, CS, and Marketing
• 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally at an AI or SaaS company serving legal buyers
• Comfortable working with data — can pull insights from Gong, Salesforce, or a win/loss interview and turn them into clear recommendations
