Senior Vice President of Technology

Join our team as the Senior Vice President of Technology, where you will lead a diverse portfolio of cloud-based fintech products. In this high-impact executive leadership role, you will oversee software engineering, quality assurance, customer engineering, cloud operations, and security. You will define and execute the technology strategy, drive engineering excellence, scale global teams and delivery, elevate customer experience, ensure security, reliability, and compliance, and build organizational capability. • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility across multiple technology functions
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, business case development, vendor management, and technology investment decisions
• Experience in customer-facing roles, with demonstrated success aligning product delivery to customer needs and business strategy
• Experience leading AI adoption across the software development lifecycle, with measurable gains in engineering productivity and release reliability
• Proven experience leading software engineering, QA, cloud operations, and customer-facing technical organizations for SaaS products
• Experience in fintech, payments, or another highly regulated industry
• Experience managing complex, multi-product environments, including acquired or legacy platforms
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, software quality, and modern engineering practices
• Demonstrated success leading global, distributed teams and third-party technology partners
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• Experience in private equity-backed organizations and transformation environments
• Experience applying AI and automation to both customer-facing products and engineering operations, including AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled platform capabilities
• Relevant cloud, security, or technology leadership certifications
• Background in accounts payable automation, procure-to-pay, electronic invoicing, or payments platforms
