Staff Product Manager (User and Developer Experience)

• Defining the roadmap for the next phase of user and developer experiences for Fastly's Control Panel, CLI, and developer tooling.
• Driving customer solution requirements, adoption, and solutions, and synthesizing product roadmaps for developer tooling, UX, and identity and access management.
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to evolve customer experiences and ensure seamless, multi-tenant developer workflows.

• 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership, ideally on security, IAM, infrastructure, or developer facing products
• Clear, confident communicator who can tailor your narrative in real-time. You are comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to executives and customers alike with clarity and conviction
• An enthusiastic focus on discovering the “why” that underlies market problems. You can translate complex technical capabilities into clear value
• Understanding of building cloud services and applications in an enterprise environment
• Passion for driving adoption through product analytics with experience
• Deep understanding of user and developer experience
