Product Designer

Join Mirage as a Product Designer and help shape the future of AI native video creation. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with executive, product, and engineering teams to define the look, feel, and functionality of our products. You will own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch, translate ambiguous business and user problems into actionable design frameworks, and establish a robust design system. You will also provide mentorship and design leadership to other designers and cross-functional partners.

• Proven track record leading end-to-end design initiatives from strategy through launch, with measurable impact
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive clarity
• Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional partners, including product, engineering, and executive stakeholders
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing, high-quality execution, and shipped work
• 6+ years of experience in product design, with demonstrated ownership of complex, consumer-facing digital products (mobile and/or desktop)
