Launch Operations Manager

Join Metropolis as a Manager of Launch Operations for the East Region. In this cross-functional role, you will oversee hundreds of regional site launches, ensuring operational readiness from contracting through post-launch monitoring. You will collaborate with various teams, manage budgeting and reporting, and drive subscriber conversion. • Oversee and manage the launch of hundreds of new sites across the East Region, ensuring operational readiness from contracting through post-launch execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Tech, and Local Operations, to keep all launch deliverables on track and maintain real-time visibility into deployment progress.
• Own regional launch reporting for company leadership, maintaining a real-time pulse on project statuses, and leveraging data to drive decision-making.

• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Proficiency or working knowledge of project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Trello, JIRA, and Tableau
• Experience pulling data and owning operational metrics reported directly to executive leadership
• 5+ years of total work experience, with 3+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or project management
• Proven experience deploying automated email campaigns to drive user or subscriber conversion
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across internal teams, external partners, and property managers
• Passion for transportation, parking, mobility, logistics, or real estate technology
• Willingness to travel occasionally for critical on-site go-lives
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-site projects from contracting to post-launch execution
• Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows
