Senior Director of Strategic Sales

Join Riskified as a Senior Director of Strategic Sales, where you will lead our Strategic Account Executive team and drive adoption of our solutions among Fortune 500 companies. This role combines sales, consulting, strategic thinking, and business analysis, and requires a deep understanding of the payments industry. You will collaborate with various teams, develop relationships with key decision makers, and represent Riskified at industry events.

• Manage and lead the Strategic Account Executive team to develop relationships with Fortune 500 companies and drive adoption of Riskified’s solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams throughout the sales cycle to ensure a seamless onboarding and integration process, and use insights from client feedback to improve our service and offering.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to research individual companies, establish relationships with key decision makers, and maximize revenue generation opportunities.

• Experience in eCommerce, payments, or fraud industries is preferred
• 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales with end-to-end sales cycle experience (lead generation through close)
• Problem-solver, resourceful, someone who thrives off of autonomy and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Naturally analytical with a strong passion for persuasion; someone who loves to quantify the qualitative
• 5+ years experience managing Senior Account Executives
• Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• Experience in a role that requires rigorous business analytics and/or strategic thought (management consulting, finance, business analysis, etc.)
