Senior Staff Product Manager

You will set strategy across the end-to-end member journey, guide investments spanning multiple teams and functions, and create experiences that feel simple and cohesive to members. • 15+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building consumer products that delivered meaningful, measurable improvements in activation, engagement, retention and customer outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to translate an ambitious vision into a coherent product strategy, roadmap and sequence of investments while leading across complex cross-functional systems
• Strong product judgment and user empathy, with an understanding of behavior change, habit formation, lifecycle engagement, segmentation and experimentation
• Fluency in how data, AI and personalization can create adaptive consumer experiences, along with the ability to engage deeply with Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Design and other cross functional partners
