IT Delivery Engineer

Join our team as an IT Delivery Engineer, where you will design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support our internal IT environment. You will administer and troubleshoot various SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems, manage device management and endpoint configuration, and partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with company standards. You will also lead IT infrastructure improvement projects, evaluate and implement new technologies, develop automation and tooling, maintain accurate system configuration and asset data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Design, implement, and maintain the systems and platforms that support the company’s internal IT environment.
• Administer and troubleshoot SaaS platforms and endpoint management systems including Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and other core business tools.
• Manage and improve device management and endpoint configuration across the global fleet using MDM platforms.

• You look for opportunities to automate and build tooling rather than repeat manual work
• You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and partner well across Security, Engineering, and Operations
• You have 4+ years of experience in a modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure role supporting a distributed workforce
• You have hands-on experience administering MDM/endpoint management platforms (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)
• You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems end to end in a fast-paced, global environment
• You have led or made significant contributions to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects — not just ticket queues
• You are motivated by measurable improvements to system reliability, operational efficiency, and employee experience
