Senior Analyst (FP&A)

Join our fast-paced, collaborative finance company as a Senior Analyst in FP&A. You will be responsible for monthly financial reporting, actuals-versus-forecast reporting, and ad hoc analysis. You will work closely with the Sr. Director of FP&A and have regular visibility to the CFO and executive team. Additionally, you will help shape the team's workflows by building AI-assisted reporting processes.

• Ownership of actuals-versus-forecast (AvF) reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with accounting records.
• Building and enhancing financial models in Excel, conducting scenario analysis, and implementing process improvements.
• Collaborating with business leadership to support monthly and quarterly updates, the Annual Operating Plan, and lender budgets.

• High standards of accuracy and precision, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated integrity
• Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills, including the ability to explain complex results simply to non-finance partners
• Strong U.S. GAAP foundation and comfort working with the general ledger, trial balance and account mappings
• Self-motivated with exceptional follow-through, and a desire to learn the business and question the status quo
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities through the monthly close cycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the instinct to question numbers that do not look right
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate accounting, public accounting or corporate finance
• Excellent Excel and data skills, with experience building and maintaining financial models
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Hands-on experience using Claude, Gemini or another AI platform to support analysis, reporting or process automation
• CPA license or public accounting experience
• Experience at a PE-backed company, or with lender and investor reporting
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar structured ERP system
• Knowledge of BI tools (such as Looker) and SQL or database structures
• Understanding of, and ability to build, projection curves
