Onboarding Manager

Join Dealhub as an Onboarding Manager, where you'll lead the customer's onboarding process, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure client satisfaction with our solution. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a background in relevant fields. Experience with CRM tools and software implementation is a plus.

• Lead the customer's onboarding process, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with the solution.
• Collaborate with different teams to build the configuration and integrations based on the customer's business requirements.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects end-to-end, providing the best solution for customers worldwide.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer-facing orientation
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Graduated in relevant fields (Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems / Economics)
• Extraordinary logical thinking, with strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mind
• Ability to work in different time zones and manage your calendar independently
• Experience or proven knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Microsoft Dynamics) - advantage
• Experience of implementing software end-to-end - great advantage!
