Senior Product Manager (Enterprise Solutions)

Join Omada, a leading provider of virtual-first care for weight health, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal issues. As a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Solutions, you will lead discovery efforts and shape strategic customer partnerships to support Omada's expansion into the payer, PBM, and provider ecosystem. You will work closely with commercial teams, identify gaps and opportunities, and advocate for solutions. This dynamic position offers exposure to various aspects of the business and the opportunity to mentor and support other product managers.

• Lead the discovery process and shape strategic customer partnerships to support Omada's expansion into the payer, PBM, and Provider ecosystem.
• Identify gaps and opportunities between product squads and commercial teams, advocating for the problems that should be solved with customers and potential partners.
• Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers, making Omada the first choice in their portfolio for virtual-first care, and explore new verticals for potential enrollments and member engagement.

• Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to enroll and engage members
• 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
• Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows a plus
• Adept at solving problems with limited resources, and proactively advocating for whatever it is you need to succeed
• Passionate about building experiences that people love to use
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Prior experience with provider-side integrations, especially Epic is a plus
• Strong writer and clear communicator
• Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand a problem space, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
• Collaborative, and able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
• At home in ambiguous or green field opportunity spaces, with a track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
• Prior experience at a healthcare company a plus, especially in partnership with health insurers or PBMs
• Human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery experience a plus
