Principal Product Manager

As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to discover, define, execute, and launch new products and features. You will spend time with users and buyers, write clear requirements, define success for each release, mentor other PMs, and build relationships with customers and outside experts. • Lead a team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts from discovery through launch.
• Write clear requirements, stay involved through design and development, and manage the backlog.
• Define success for each release, measure it, and keep improving the product after launch.

• Mastery of navigating enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle
• Hands-on experience building products that depend on data, analytics, and machine learning, including generative AI or LLM-based features
• 8+ years of product management experience, much of it on enterprise B2B or SaaS products
• A record of shipping quickly, with results you can point to
• Comfort working on strategy one day and in the weeds the next
• Experience setting direction across multiple teams without having direct authority over them
• A willingness to help wherever the team needs it, whether or not it's in your job description
• Strong writing and presentation skills, and confidence in front of customers and senior executives
