Senior Corporate Development & Strategy Associate

Join RapidSOS as a Senior Corporate Development & Strategy Associate, where you'll work closely with the CEO and COO on key decisions that shape the company's future. This high-visibility role involves fundraising, M&A, strategic partnerships, and exploring new commercial opportunities. You'll create financial models, lead diligence efforts, and support leadership on high-priority business development opportunities. • Collaborate with the CEO and COO on strategic decisions, including fundraising, M&A, and partnerships.
• Develop financial and operational models for M&A, strategic investments, and new product development.
• Lead diligence efforts and partner with sales, finance, and operations to shape growth plans.

• Comfort working directly with senior executives and board members, and the ability to distill complex analysis into a clear story
• Pioneering: the tenacity to work independently and as part of a team to overcome obstacles and solve problems
• Based in NYC and able to work from our NYC office 2-3 times per week, with flexibility depending on projects at hand
• Purpose over pride: a low ego, strong work ethic, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with three-statement modeling and key SaaS metrics
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to automate routine analysis and elevate the quality of your work
• Travel: Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time on an as-needed basis
• Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail, with polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills; fluency in Excel/PowerPoint or Google Suite
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a similar field
