Workplace Coordinator (6-month Contract)

Join Rockstar Games as a Workplace Coordinator for a six-month contract position based in Andover, MA. As part of the Workplace Services team, you will ensure the office and building operate smoothly, supporting the core business. Your responsibilities will include managing various services and programs, ensuring compliance with statutory guidance, and partnering with senior leadership on real estate growth strategies. You will also coordinate projects, perform quality control, and assist with procurement and administration.

• Review and monitor the internal ticketing system, providing timely updates and ensuring the needs of end users are met.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute assigned projects, ensuring all work is done to a high standard and progress updates are regularly provided.
• Assist with the procurement, administration, and coordination of Workplace Services, including purchase orders, auditing invoices for accuracy, and updating relevant financial trackers.

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Possess a vehicle/driver's license preferred
• Creative problem-solving skills
• 2+ years experience working within a facilities or workplace operations role, ideally supporting corporate office buildings and services
• Possess an understanding of vendor management principles
• Experience with space management, ticketing, security, project management, and financial software systems
