Senior Director of Capital Markets

Join Sunbit, a rapidly growing company in the fintech industry, as the Senior Director of Capital Markets. In this critical role, you will develop and execute the company's capital markets strategy, manage existing warehouse facilities, expand loan sale programs, and optimize the capital structure. You will also lead transaction execution, oversee capital management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in capital markets, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

• Développer et exécuter la stratégie des marchés de capitaux de Sunbit, y compris la gestion des installations de financement existantes et l'expansion des programmes de vente de prêts.
• Diriger les processus d'analyse, de structuration, de documentation et de réalisation des transactions de financement par le biais de divers canaux des marchés de capitaux.
• Superviser la gestion et le suivi des installations de financement existantes et des programmes de vente de prêts, en veillant à la conformité avec les engagements.

• Advanced in MS Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA preferred
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and risk management
• Existing relationships with investors and other key players in the debt markets is a plus
• 10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, with a focus on structured finance with warehouse facilities, ABS issuance and investor relations
• Proven ability to execute complex structured finance transactions and/or asset-backed securities (ABS) capital markets transactions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
