Field Service Engineer - Atlanta, GA M/F/X

Join Precision IO Group, a leading company in interventional oncology. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our robotic guidance and microwave ablation systems in the Atlanta area. You will work closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and system uptime. This is a field-based role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage a dynamic service schedule.

• Install, calibrate, and maintain robotic guidance and microwave ablation systems at customer sites across the Atlanta metro area.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimize system downtime.
• Document all service activities, parts usage, and customer interactions in the Company’s field service management system in compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 quality system requirements.
