Full-Stack Software Engineer (People Intelligence)

Join Applied Intuition's People Intelligence team as a Full-Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will build internal software tools for performance management, team planning, headcount and budget, and organizational insight. You will work directly with company leaders, own products end to end, and have a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

• Own products end to end, from an ambiguous problem to shipped, reliable software, using Go services and React/TypeScript frontends.
• Build data pipelines and integrations with company systems of record, with versioned schema migrations.
• Work directly with company leaders and partner teams to decide what gets built, leveraging strong SQL and experience analyzing data.

• Strong SQL and experience analyzing data: defining metrics, separating signal from noise, and explaining findings to non-technical audiences
• As much interest in business and operational problems as in technical challenges, and the communication skills to work directly with senior stakeholders
• 5+ years of experience building software products with a large user base
• A track record of owning products end to end, from ambiguous problem to shipped solution
• Comfort building with AI coding tools
• Experience with a major cloud provider (GCP and/or AWS) and relational databases
• BS in Computer Science or a related field

• A history of using software to solve logistical and operational problems, such as internal tooling or process automation
• A combined business and engineering background
