Program Manager (Accounting Operations & Strategy)

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for connecting our global team, running the annual goal-setting process, maintaining an org-wide planning calendar, and building a simple set of org health metrics. You will also run our extended leadership team program, plan and run the annual offsite, and coordinate projects that support employee experience programs. • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

• Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
• Good judgment about what matters and what doesn’t. You can handle a lot of moving pieces without dropping them
• Clear, direct writing. You can brief a senior leader in a few sentences
• You’re organized, but you also know when a process is getting in the way and should be simplified
• A track record of running recurring programs end to end and getting people to follow through without formal authority
• 7+ years in program management, operations, chief of staff, or strategy roles. Experience inside a finance or accounting org is a plus, but not required
• Experience supporting distributed or global teams
• Comfort with confidential information and sensitive people topics
