Senior Product Manager (Athena)

Join Chainguard, a company dedicated to securing the open source supply chain. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end Athena member experience, from vulnerability intake and submission through validation, remediation, and the delivery of patches and advisories. This highly cross-functional role requires a deep understanding of technical enterprise customers and the ability to create clarity from noisy input. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the member experience, lead cross-functional delivery and technical tradeoffs, and measure and flag risks.

• Identifier les lacunes systémiques dans le flux de travail des membres, convertir les questions récurrentes, les retours d'expérience et les demandes de fonctionnalités en déclarations de problème claires, et maintenir un backlog bien écrit et priorisé.

• Strong judgment when balancing customer urgency, disclosure timelines, technical constraints, and broader business priorities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical teams, customer-facing partners, executives, and enterprise customers
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple engineering and business teams without relying on direct authority
• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a technical B2B product serving enterprise customers in regulated industries; financial-services experience is strongly preferred. Working fluency in software supply chain security, including CVEs, OSV, VEX, SBOMs, provenance, and vulnerability disclosure
• Comfort operating with high independence across multiple related problem spaces in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
