Brand Marketing Senior Manager

Join Crunchyroll as a Brand Marketing Senior Manager, where you will lead integrated brand campaigns that strengthen our position, deepen fan affinity, and support growth across markets. You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of assigned global or multi-market brand campaigns. This is an individual contributor position that reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.

• Lead integrated brand campaigns that strengthen the company's position and deepen fan affinity.
• Own the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of assigned global or multi-market brand campaigns.
• Partner with various teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and adapt campaigns to local audiences while maintaining a consistent brand position.

• Experience leading ambiguous projects
• Experience managing approved budgets
• Experience with global or multi-market campaigns and the ability to balance brand consistency with local relevance
• 8+ years of experience in brand, integrated, or consumer marketing, including ownership of complex cross-functional campaigns
• Experience turning business priorities and consumer insights into clear strategies, creative briefs, and measurable plans
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and communicate recommendations to senior leaders
• Experience in anime, entertainment, gaming, or another category with highly engaged fan communities is highly preferred
• Strong creative judgment and experience working with agencies and partners across multiple channels
