Senior Accountant

Join our team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and finance functions. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and reviewing day-to-day accounting tasks, account analysis, and month-end closing activities. Your goal will be to produce accurate financial statements while adhering to internal controls and meeting deadlines. You will also assist with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) documentation, support FP&A and Financial Reporting, and provide backup and support for the Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager.

• Plan, prepare, and review day-to-day accounting tasks, account analysis, and month-end closing activities to produce accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations, monthly bank statement reconciliations, and maintain Cash Management sub-ledger.
• Assist with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) narratives, and RCM documentation, preparation of schedules for auditors, and support FP&A and Financial Reporting.

• Experience in the technology industry a plus
• Motivated to learn and work hard
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business, with minimum of 4 years of experience in General Ledger accounting, or 3 years of public accounting experience
• Highly detail and deadline oriented with the ability to prioritize, focus and thrive in a high paced multi-tasking environment
• Oracle experience or experience with large ERP systems preferred
• Public company experience and knowledge of internal controls preferred
• Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong Excel skills required
• CPA preferred
