Head of Manufacturing Engineering

Join Formlabs as the VP of Operations, where you will lead manufacturing engineering, supply demand management, logistics, supply chain, and materials operations. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for building and executing a multi-year strategy to scale global operations and expand product capabilities. You will also oversee supply demand management, drive logistics and supply chain excellence, expand the global manufacturing footprint, and partner closely with R&D, product, and go-to-market teams.

• Lead and oversee manufacturing engineering, supply demand management, logistics, supply chain, or materials operations to ensure precision, scale, and efficiency across the product ecosystem.
• Build and execute a multi-year strategy to scale Formlabs’ global operations and expand product capabilities, including expanding the global manufacturing footprint and partnerships.
• Establish best-in-class operational practices, cost structures, and sustainability measures to strengthen market leadership, while identifying and pursuing adjacent business opportunities that drive revenue growth.

• Strong background in operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience
• Proven success scaling global, multi-site manufacturing networks
• Track record of building strong vendor relationships and negotiating high-value contracts
• Deep expertise leading operations across manufacturing engineering, supply chain and or logistics
• Demonstrated ability to craft and execute long-term strategies that expand capabilities, improve margins, and enable growth at scale
