Global Account Manager

Join Ketryx, a fast-growing healthcare technology startup, as a Global Account Manager. In this role, you will own expansion outcomes across a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, identify and run expansion opportunities, and represent the voice of the customer internally. You will need at least 8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for healthcare technology.

• Identifier et gérer les opportunités d'expansion à mesure que les clients étendent Ketryx à de nouvelles équipes, unités commerciales ou lignes de produits.

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quotas of $2M+
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding retention/expansion targets
• A proactive mindset, eager and open to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Ability to grasp extremely complex technical and regulatory concepts quickly
• Passion for healthcare technology and the ability to connect with leaders in the medical device industry
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior decision makers
• Proven track record managing and growing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
• Strong organizational skills and habits — comfortable owning a portfolio of accounts across regions and time zones
• Previous experience in a startup environment strongly preferred
• Background in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry
• Experience managing global or multinational enterprise accounts across multiple regions
• Familiarity with IEC 62304, ISO 14971, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or other regulated software/quality standards
