Senior Accountant (General Ledger & Revenue Operations)

Join our team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our General Ledger and Financial Close processes, as well as leading the revamp of our Order-to-Cash operations. You will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, maintaining organized accounting documentation, preparing balance sheet and P&L account analysis, and collaborating with other accounting team members to improve the efficiency of the close process. Additionally, you will support the annual financial statement audit, assist with accounting research, and help streamline processes related to billing, collections, cash application, and revenue recognition.

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and other close activities.
• Collaborate with other accounting team members to identify and resolve close-related issues and improve the efficiency of the close process.
• Support the revamp of the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process, identifying process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for automation and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree with a major in economics or a quantitative field (finance/accounting, math, science), or equivalent experience
• Advanced skills using Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets) to analyze data
• Experience creating financial and operational models
• Prior experience in Big 4 or an accounting firm is helpful
• 4 or more years of experience in a finance-related or similar business role
• Proficiency using PowerPoint to communicate recommendations to team members and partners
• CPA is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite and AI tools
